They probably have less than $20,000 left in the coffers (according to their own diclosures) and no credit lines to tap. They are 100% desparate (or should be). And the fact they have allowed the situation to arrive at this critical juncture (teetering on the very precipice of iinsolvency) suggests they are experiencing difficulties raising the money they need to remain solvent,. Because if they could raise, they would certainly have preferred to do so prior to now.
