All jokes aside I don't think I've ever seen a worse quarterly from Eden.


Here sales have fallen off a cliff and they have 1.5 quarters of cash left. At the rate they're going they need to secure funding by end January. This is the absolute worst time of year to raise capital, over Christmas and New Year.


If they try to raise cash by issuing shares the best they can hope for is $0.002, but probably $0.001.


Eden are STILL trying to sell their property, and given interest rates keep rising and they haven't found a buyer in over a year any reasonable person would have to argue the listed property value is overinflated. The only way they can sell this property is by reducing the price significantly.


I genuinely don't know what they hope to achieve in 2024 beyond hoping for a fairytale sales year to stem the losses of cash. As an old boss once said, "hope is a contingency, not a plan".
