I think the above terminology explanations and FAA certification process notes came from my correspondence with a ex-director, not from asx announcements..

My take on the current CR with sophistos. I hope my math calculation below will restore some smile on us loyal holders faces...

When sophistos do exercise their free 2.5 to 1 options before 6/4/2024 like we loyal holders who took up the SPP at 90c with free strike price of $1.20 1 for 2 option. After 6/4/24, sophistios will pay 98c per share and we loyal holders $1 per share. So, we are all more or less equal in terms of cost price per share if we take into account of converting our options. This I do hope shall eventuate.
