So who's right or wrong isn't the issue now, the issue I see moving forward is that Shane has lots more money than Mighty Kingdom does and he can keep it going in court as long as he feels like it, Before his demise he secured a loan facility, right? So when you look at the previous quarterly and they had I don't know 1.5 or 1.8 quarters left of money and the company said there would be no capital raise in the foreseeable future with extra income streams and cost cutting measures taking effect, they essentially flipped that on it's head even though there was no actual need for the extra issue of shares. I could be wrong but I think that's what they said.
