Small part yet is a database bigger than any market they are trying to tap into. Vanuatu is 300k population with a database starting of zero with no market awareness of the product, the Crowd1 is at least 6M where you have names, emails and an audience that pre-registered for a product they have awareness of which is the first step in the marketing funnel and realistically they would be at consideration which some even moved into conversion and maybe even loyalty before Miggster closed down.

I struggle to understand how it would make business sense to target 300k with zero awareness (the blue below) over where there is a database of 6M at consideration given the pre-registration status which of these 6M some even went to conversion & loyalty...
