You don't believe there's a reason you're one of the few biting at this stock "trading way below cash backing"?

The market clearly doesn't believe SP8/EM1 can be trusted to manage it properly hence this being a constant trend as the losses keep becoming more substantial as things go on. What's the point of having the cash if all you do is burn it for 'consultants' while the company flops and flails in markets that can't give a meaningful return?

There's a reason every announcement keeps talking about the "potential new customers" instead of their actuals which are in the toilet. Hell in their last announcement they spent more time talking about Digicel's business than their own because that's the only one that sounded good and since then they're achieved nothing of not, true to form for this management team.

Maybe they can pay Bob Hersov a few hundred thousand to show up once a quarter again for no return on investment and then quit without warning?
