It's a speculative counter, currently at a low ebb. Seems management are actively trying to establish new markets and improve the offering.
It's a light entertainment company and, as such, you can't just write it off, there is a market for escapism and the telcos they are dealing with must see it too, it's just a question of whether they can achieve sufficient scale, to make it worthwhile.
