News dropped a short while ago of debt funding by convertible notes. $400k at 12%pa. So from that we know:
- They didn't make cash-flow positive in the December quarter. That's okay as current guidance is for that to happen this (March, 2024) quarter.
- Short term funding is in place so we can stop worrying about a CR at these prices.
- The interest rate is ruinous. The company needs to either repay or convert those notes as soon as possible.
