    Buildings are listed at $2.3m in the financials.
    Is that likely what we receive from the sale and leaseback of the factory?
    Suggests that it is likely to settle by mid-November.
    Would give us some options, even if we only got half that.
    I liked this line - "We expect improved sales outcomes from significant newbusiness tenders made in H2 2023".
