It listed back in early 2019 as Jaxsta (JXT) it was a Reverse Take Over of Mobilarm.

From when Jaxsta listed, they built the world's largest database of official music credits (>365 data partners) to be the IMDB of music, but under the founder and ex CEO, cashflows were bad, near zero revenue, and the share price gradually tanked up until mid 2022.

From mid 2022 Songtradr further invested, Paul Wiltshire personally invested and also Richard White. In the below pic there's a bit of a timeline, revenue has started to grow. There's been several management changes along the way, and I believe we now have an excellent team capable of success.

Revenue streams;

Jaxsta.com - The music credits database, generates revenue via a subscription model and selling the data (API). Offers a bit of a moat over crowd sourced competition and an opportunity for synergies across verticals (eg/ Vinyl.com)

Vinyl.com - Their own description "Vinyl.com is a chart accredited record store, and currently reports physical album sales to Billboard and the Australian Record Industry Association (ARIA).
Over time, we will expand our offer to include music merchandise, digital collectibles and experiences that connect fans with creators.
Launched in mid-2023 by the world's only Official Music Credits database, Jaxsta, to compliment our love of music and the people who make it."

Vampr.me - Music networking, similar to tinder with the swipe setup. I believe they also allow artists to publish their music, ad revenue and a subscription model. The initial presentation when we acquired it is via this link.The Vampr CEO, Josh Simons, is now the CEO of Vinyl Group.

TheBrag - The latest acquisition still to be voted upon. Essentially a music news conglomerate of several websites with 10 million MAUs. Best read this announcement and the latest quarterly for further info.

They're in a good position now with the guys backing it in terms of any funding requirements, and the strategy from the last 4C was "Our 2024 objective is to increase shareholdervalue by growing revenue and moving towardsprofitability through a laser focus on organicgrowth and strategic acquisitions."

What a summary. Who needs due diligence when you have Salubrious! I haven't quite got my head around the whole thing but if we can stay afloat long enough to collect enough data we might get bought out, actually make some money or have RW throw more cash out way.
