I agree that operational expansion is a top priority, but are we assuming that additional supply will certainly be met by demand? I'm not saying it won't, though I'd be cautious to not grow faster than necessary.
I don't know the shelf life of the products. Maybe it's feasible to stockpile product until additional contracts are secured. Is that the best option though?
