In another company I saw equivalent of retainers and form of prepayment of lawyers in affect to ensure that when collapse happened that it was well represented for certain interests not that it stopped lots of "billing" to ensure they also became a creditor in final hours. Just luck I guess when you find a friendly administrator and liquidator as well who was consulted and gave advice early?. It was said then that you can only milk a cow when has milk not when it has dried up. .
