Yes, the $4.5 million will (apparently) come from Google, but $5.5 million will go out (net cost after R&D rebate is $1 million if previous posters are correct). Not sure about the timeframe of cash burn, but.
In my first post after the ANN on Jan 2nd I said that this project will probably bring fwd any CR. This now looks highly probable and IMO accounts for the market reaction.
