I am not sure how these buy backs work but I noticed that the highest price allowed currently is around 0.548, so they could buy back at higher price if they wanted to lift the sp, even though there seemed to be an endless supply of shares on offer at 052. I wonder if they have done some kind of a deal with a major holder to allow them to sell by doing the buyback...just guessing.
