1. Departure Chief Commercial Officer-
If you have followed the Company’s announcement to a delay in submitting the final module it follows that the commercialisation will also be delayed. Who would be interested to remain in a position not being gainfully employed for up to 6 months?
Thus EBR's statement:
As of Q1 2024, Steven Sandweg, Chief Commercial Officer, has left EBR to pursue other opportunities. EBR
will commence a hiring process in due course to match the Company’s updated regulatory timeline."

2. Debt.
"On 30 June 2022, the Company entered into a loan and security agreement with
Runway Growth Finance Corp ["Runway"], whereby the Company has the availability to borrow
up to $50m USD. As of 31 December 2023, the Company has borrowed $40m USD.
The Company has not met certain other requirements, which will allow the Company
to borrow the remaining $10m USD. The loan accrues interest at the Prime Rate plus
4.90%. Interest is payable on the 15th calendar day of each month, and the loan
matures on 15 June 2027."

This is not short term debt, it is repayable on 15 June 2027, and thus doesn't sit within Current Liabilities.
The facility IMO demonstrates the confidence that this financial institution (Runway) has in the Company and its product offering to offer such finance for such an extended period, well beyond the envisaged start up commercialisation of the WISE device.

The Company has correctly detailed its financial position, and confirms it has "7.7 quarters of funding available".
