I hope you're right and they can produce asap but the fact that they needed to distinguish between "completion/operational" versus "practical completion" concerns me. A deliberate attempt to paint a more positive picture and buy some more time.
I have a bad feeling that it won't be operational until much later and then possibly we wont receive any revenue in the quarter to 31 March. If so that would be disastrous.
