Before we enage a law firm we need exhaust other options such as ASIC. Which I will be submitting a carefully worded complaint on Monday. Depending on the reasonse, the next step would be a lawyer that specialises in corruption on the asx! I believe this is where we will be able to hold the directors accountable and through the courts we can see exactly what the directors have been doing to justify their ludicrous salaries as well as any misleading announcements that have been made!

There needs to be a huge change, where directors are held responsible and shareholders able to do so more easily and before a company folds!
