Just got off the phone to Grant Mooney.  I can say that in my opinion the guy is so arrogant, in suggesting that the share price is doing well! (Previous phone call about 6 months ago stated he was one of the best directors on the asx)
When questioned about past announcements and how they seem to be regurgitated he would only say that "we are still in talks"   I am one of the top 10 shareholders and the way he spoke to me felt narcissistic and in my opinion had no regards for myself or any other shareholders.  I for one am sick and tired of directors spinning BS until funds run out and they just walk away on to their next gig.

First step ASIC if nothing comes of then going to proceed with a law firm that specialises in holding directors to account.
