I think it's still fairly early days with the Moments release, Telco carriers and most Enterprise orgs are very slow to implement new products, it takes way longer than you or I would expect.
They did say today that they would release some more info around pricing for Moments when they put out the H1 Financial Report and Webinar, which I think will likely be towards the end of Feb.
