I thought it was a good 4C. Despite the legal costs, it still generated a positive net cashflow from operations. Strong revenue growth and improvement in GP rate indicates the the core operation is really good. I can only imagine what a ripper would it been had there been no pending legal matter.
The only thing I didn't like this quarter is the $1.7m outflow from investment (acquisition). I would have defer that until the company is in stronger cash position. Should have preserved more cash until the legal matter is over.
