Surely management should be aware re enforcement issues. If as you say it is so difficult, then it makes one wonder why management has gone down this path, because if case is won but any moneys awarded is unenforceable then the costs associated with the case is simply a waste of more money. And if the case is lost then a futile exercise with expensive costs. In any event, the sooner this case is put to rest the better.

Having increased revenue is impressive but still the profit level seems to lag - still a cash drain.

Whilst any payout from the court case would be welcome, the company should not be so heavily reliant on such to prosper - more focus should be on generating more profit via sales. AIMO
