if FDA approves then there is no questions asked about it being wrong. If a regulatory body doesn’t approve and it’s being used, then less trustworthy. FDA approval gives it that better seal of approval.
And once FDA approval is given, then u could ask apple to give u position and use your magic words to get them to buy out painchek and have the app on the iPhone 17 onwards?
