Hard to believe we have a Ph3 ready Biotech trading under EV...

I am by no means a veteran investor but I have a few years under my belt with biotechs and these types of setups usually result in good returns.
Market has forgotten about TRP, ex holders got burned..but as we approach those Ph3 results I think we will see some interest return, the risk reward ratio is very attractive.
