I have no doubts Phillips66 new board appointee to NVX is closely looking at Chris’s actions. But they should just act upon it quicker than letting it go any further, and I have no doubt in my mind Chris will be replace. Regarding CR we don’t really need any due to having 80m in the bank, and the goal now for 2024 is production not expansion. May be rough waters now, but it’s not unrealistic for the SP to shoot +50% in a day when they get their shit together.
