Let's hope that LIS can produce batteries at scale at this facility (without high loss rates), and further hope that they can be produced cost competitively and on a commercial basis, and then that the LIS battery properties are attractive to potential customers - and consistent - when compared to other more advanced battery makers who are also targeting high energy density and low weight batteries.

Has LIS made any comments on these matters? Any??

At 15 cents LIS is valued at 18% of its IPO price. With "all the progress" LIS has made since then (more than two years ago) one could expect the that the inherent value of the company has increased. Therefore, was the IPO correctly priced or not? If it was correctly priced and value has improved, why is LIS unable to persuade at least one new institution to join the register (and help restore value to the Company)? Given all the success of the company, and with its deep pool of battery talent, why is LIS unable persuade one or two smaller company institutional investors to become substantial shareholders?

Serious investors choosing to vote with their clients' dollars are more compelling than the assertion of 68 NDAs.

Of course, another possibility is that the current share price of LIS values the company roughly correctly. But, if that were true, one could conclude that the LIS core technologies are without any real meaningful inherent value.
