Here we go again-more B/S from JH and the YPB board.

2021 @ $663.7k
2022 @ $553.9k
2023 @ $462.0k (after taking out the $250k court settlement in March 2023 which was for income derived in years prior to 2023 and shouldn't be taken up as any true reflection of YPB's ability to make sales in 2023).
This surely is a deteriorating trend but not in JH's eyes when he remarks that "simply reflects quarterly ebbs and flows rather than any deteriorating trend".
You have to be blind to not see this, and be absolutely gullible if you believe what JH is telling us to "expect 2024 to be our best year yet by a considerable margin".

Other initial takes I have on this YPB announcement point to the poor judgement and poor management by the directors and board.
It looks as if the Nviso licencing agreement is going to be one absolute 'dud' of a venture, with JH already blaming NViso at a cost to YPB of at least $250k.
The $2m ATM with Dolphin cost $25,000 to establish, so far it has returned only $18,900 and at that rate, will hardly help with YPB's desperate cash flow and working capital needs.
Raising false hopes that YPB is in a position to engage and attract local funding to continue their operations when their share price is flat-lining at 0.2c, the high risk for investors to invest in YPB with the Convertible Note Issue still not settled and YPB's long track record to 'burn' all those who have invested in YPB's shares in the past.
