The report covers last quarter however it’s not unknown for companies to mix last quarter and current quarter information in the commentary depending on what suits their narrative at the time. So it can be difficult to interpret accurately.
”Release of headline result is expected in coming weeks” could be a statement from the end of last quarter. Alternatively it could be referencing from the report release date. Also a possibility it is just regurgitated from previous announcements and has no extra significance.
