I think CFO only holds initial equity of 10% in Innovaero, and may be 13% in Carbon electric Car leasing and rentals, by the timeline not long to go for delisting as ASX has max. 2 years for suspension unless they are doing something in the background to list Carbon in ASX through backdoor, CFO has not acquired any suitable business as yet.
