Regardless of the science or how hard the management have been working, the communication over many years from PR and co. has been wildly inconsistent, innaccurate and many times very misleading. This cannot be argued and is one of the major reasons why the investment community and shareholders have little faith in PAR management bringing this to successful commercialisation and hence the reason for the currently very paltry share price. More professionalism from the management regarding disclosure and capital management issues would have ensured the share price and market capitalisation would now be many times higher. Simon doesn't answer his emails.... I have written many times. I don't want BS marketing spiel on the telephone, I want facts written down by Simon and co. so he and others can be held accountable - it never happens.
By the way, and while it's not overly relevant, I've invested nearly $1.75mill in PAR and they still don't have the courtesy to respond via email, but they receive the emails and the requests are very reasonable and would not be deemed "market sensitive info."
I stand by the "quality product, but poor and greedy management". I work in health care, own a practice, have a few of my patients that have received iPPS, and I have seen substantial benefits from treatment. It is the only reason I haven't sold my shareholding, yet.
An independent chairman and also a new CEO would be a great start.
