Hes been far from perfect.... but, he has both a bloody good salary and a truckload of shares to work his ar$e off to keep in check.... not sure why people think he is there just for a wage for a few months.... this thing makes it and he has generational wealth...
In fact, I think most of the worst decisions have probably been a result of trying to do things to well for shareholders (strongly including himself)... some of them were clearly over zealous and actually inappropriate...
Granted, the size of his wage doesn't look like he's assisting other shareholders but...
