Have you ever met a pathological liar? They repeat their lies so often that they start to feel true. They live in a fantasy world constructed by their own lies which feels safe & they're generally happy.
I really hope that's not the case here, hopefully they just have access to a lot more information than us which makes them confident of getting a deal.
He's been promising a lot of things for a long time though & yet here we are at the bottom of the barrel with cash & SP
