Not sure that is accurate given this was a key part of discussions leading into CR with instos (including underwritters), AGM (Beverley) and Simon running series with HNW shareholders.
Unless Beverley is a world class poker player, China seems to suggest they're holding a good deck hand. Noting (with no intended stereotyping) the Chinese themselves are not averse to such games.
Beverley's update has confirmed (1) the protracted stepped process (2) BP can't wrap their business models around our repurpose exclusive Bene proposition. Mid Pharma however have greater flexibility
