I called out PAR management failures in project management and capital management a long time back.
They are getting better at PM, but not forecasting. That is down to what PR has to say.
I have my doubts about the share price reaching 65c by November.
There is a data room for the China option, the issue is why would any potential bidder jump in before all the stage 3 data is in, or PAR are cash cash-embarrassed again.
If it was my company i would:
1. Do a deal on MPS, whatever i can get.
2. Get money from LDA to cover the supposed income from the options with further puts to them for funding to registration. (The way that deal works is PAR can require LDA to front up cash at a set discount rate to the SP). Yep we will be diluted again.The difference is we get certainty over funding into the future.
3. Use some of that money to get level 2 ADR for USA and put PAR in a bigger investment pool.
5. somewhere between 0 and 4 get a sit-down with CSL board and suggest they take a 5% share at VWAP, that's only a few million today but it will validate room for upside.

The reason for 1 in front of 2, is to get a better deal with LDA, and clear out the cash for MPS trials, not much but every little bit helps.
With that, we will get the return we all want.
Not sure PAR are up for doing what is needed when it is needed.
An MPS or China deal would signal they are facing reality.
