A couple of weeks ago I told they were having interviews... I urked up a bit and asked to confirm this isn't just lip service like it appeared to be for the 12 months before.... and got the answer "no, it's definitely happening"
Either big boys are pressuring for change, pr is admitting he needs help, or both...
