While I applaud your efforts, Babba, PAR will likely go under before a class action lawsuit produces a verdict.
A more expeditious process would be for each shareholder to file a report of misconduct with the ASIC, which is through a portal.
Also, alerting the Australian Financial Review wouldn't hurt.
