Why would you want a company developing multiple lines of innovative tech to 'reign' (monarchist are you?) spending in ... ??? it is their ACTUAL JOB to spend money.
As for 'rules', there are few here and certainly none to stop you posting whatever unhelpful remarks you want accompanied by whatever combination of sentiment you want. Go for it.
But ... combine a negative comment with a 'Not held' and 'Buy' sentiment ... expect a few retorts.
