The clinical trials are tested against patients with specific type of cancer which will then extended to clinical trial for other cancer type. It could be a vaccine in the future given the safety profile being established in Ph1 but that's a long way off and you would expect the clinical trial for a cancer vaccine would be even more extensive and take a lot longer given you are dealing with cancer. The market IMU is targeting is already massive let alone extending this to other cancers so best to focus on these.
