O.K. Mike what will be the ask price??? Incidentally, I don't see a CR coming. Management are extremely prudent and very tight with spending. They'll be just as prudent and tight to prevent ANY dilution of equity for shareholders. Sure, dilution won't affect those who take up their full entitlement, but, those that don't, or can't, will certainly be a significant number.
It would almost certainly kill all the chances they had for the exercising of the options.
6 months to go to get the SP up there. Too early for maanagement to throw in the towel, they could have done it 6 months ago and speeded up the releases, but, they didn't, evenrthough Idan specifically told one shareholder personally that he would "love to have more money at his disposal". What's changed??
