    Were we aware of these quite unreasonable interest rates charged on the $2m loan from Colinton??
    Certainly not aware of the rate charged of 20% p/a. AJX wants to rid itself of the C/N interest rate of 12% (??), so we swap it for a potential rate of 20% ??
