They have already limited shareholder communication to the absolute minimum requirements !
- BB said they were going to increase shareholder engagement/communications - X didn’t happen - Board & GT ‘failed’ to broadcast or record AGM - X - Management promised to recover AGM content & distribute to shareholders - X didn’t happen
Is it a case of 3 strikes and you’re out ? Not for them…. Shareholders rather, are definitely out - out of the loop.
They, IMO, have ‘control of the board - as they say in chess - and we will find out what they are going to do after it’s game over !
All in my humble opinion - just speaking as I find.
