IMHO We need to list on the NASDAQ
When we raise capital in Australian dollars the majority of cash is spent in US Dollars.
We need to raise the majority of our capital in the same currency as our spending currency. If we were to raise capital now, 34 cents in every Australian dollar, is wasted.
A dual listing on both NASDAQ (U.S.) and the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange) would address this and offer several other advantages in a competitive environment.
