34% of money raised in AUD isn't wasted when converted to USD. A small percentage can be gained or lost as conversion rates change and there are likely conversion fees that take a tiny bit but US investors being able to make 34% just by converting to AUD would be the mother of all abitrage opportunities.
I agree that a reverse takeover could be in the offing and Wayne may have a target identified, or it could be an ordinary merger. I hope it's not a SPAC as SPACs have garnered a horrible reputation. I still think a Cboe Global Listing, which would include a listing on Cboe US, would be by far the easiest way as we are obviously already listed on Cboe Australia and Cboe is a major exchange, albeit historically for options.
