Regarding the role of CEO, ‘a ship always needs a capital on the bridge ‘ even if the competence of the capitals is in question until there is some clarity as to whether the ship is sinking or can be salvaged. I would expect more than one meeting is needed by the 3 directors for the financials as well as the state of the business and what is needed to to drive the business forward. There seems to be good talent with experience in electricity markets in the remaining directors. It is evident that these directors are about increasing the value of their shares, not fees that might be earned as a director.
