There is some cash coming in for NORAAA settled after December 31 (apparently they allowed this). They are also saying that they will receive $160K from the POC.

What we don't know, because they're not telling us, is the revenue stream from Spark. It is hard to believe that any change would be in a positive direction.
All things being equal, I'm guessing they can survive till mid-April. As you point out, the March quarterly report is due at the end of April, so exciting times ahead. Barcelona might be the last chance for the board to spend up big.
