Looking at the technology I cant see anyone wanting to buy it, its very old compared to the things currently on the market, homomorphic encryption or FHE is the way Google, microsoft, IBM and all the major players are moving which makes the SDWAN market irrelevant. https://spectrum.ieee.org/fully-homomorphic-encryption, these systems are no longer research they are active and in major banks, Google now use it globally as well as many other companies.
