$0.001 or 0.1 cents is the lowest the price can be listed at on the ASX, but you can get the effective relative price to a lower value by the company undertaking a share consolidation (reverse split) so they turn every say 100 of your shares into just 1 share - so the price would go from $0.004 as it currently to $0.40!
And then they can repeat the downward spiral like that forever.
