No point just handing out shares, for cash, and burning it again.
Whatever they do, it needs to put confidence into the market to support it.

I believe in the tech, i do not believe in the managements ability to manage capital, or otherwise they should have made the moves that put the capital expenditure into a JV with a major already. And i have a distrust in unseen shenanigans that might want to acquire this from the trash bin, come administration, DOCA.
