Sorry Stevo. I do apologise yet again.

But you do recall that, Mercer, under their facility, have the right to:

1. exercise their options and take the company; or
2. appoint a Receiver under their F&F charge.

Option (1) above (in my humble) is not going to happen as the technology is now on the nose.

So in my opinion, Mercer will just put in a Receiver and flog off whatever they can and simply move on.

Small beer for them.
