Jackherb - but I wasn't directly commenting on BigPharma's consideration of the Phase 1.

I was referring to shareholders' confidence in BP and the BoD as a result of the poorly-executed Phase 1 trial - and other matters as well.

I also referred to potential partners, or potential JVs, being wary of having to deal with the tone-deaf Yank tossers currently running Imagion.

And why wouldn't they be wary? Just look at the history of their behaviour.

I am simply frustrated that they won't walk, despite overwhelming evidence that they are basically stooge incompetent.

Just look at the last CR, which was an apppaling failure. It should have spelt it out clearly for them. A total, complete, shareholder vote of no-confidence in BP and the BoD. They should have done the honourable thing and walked. But no, they are still there. Disgraceful.

I do feel sorry for the Australian CFO. Forgotten his name, but must be just awful for him.
