I can’t see Alan doing a CR before the 3rd quarter given all the clinical data CU6 has coming. The last thing he wants to do is smash the SP while there are big pharma players circling around.
I wouldn’t be surprised if CU6 does a US raise like OPT did recently. There is a lot of US biotech PE money floating around that can’t participate in a normal raises for tax/legal reasons. They are willing to pay a high premium if they believe in the IP and management.
